Since 2004, Benedetto’s Market has been supplying captains and their crews across south Louisiana from Venice and New Orleans through Baton Rouge all the way to Lake Charles.
As the company owner, I don’t have a fancy business philosophy or mission statement, I just happen to love satisfying customers. That might mean the obvious things like filling orders correctly and delivering shipments on time. However, it also means things like going the extra mile to get a captain’s preferred cigar, the chef’s special marinade, or the crew’s favorite brand of coffee. My team and I go out of our way to make sure everything we do meets your needs. Now, we don’t claim to be perfect, but if a mistake is made, it is corrected promptly. No matter what, we’re going to make it right.
One of the most rewarding aspects about my job is that in serving so many people, I’ve been lucky enough to become friends with a number of my customers. I keep up with their lives and their families, and they enjoy hearing about mine.
